By nature, we human beings desire to work in safe environment with comfortable income and maximum utilization of our potentials.

One of the Nepal’s economic viabilities rests on its human resources. Nepal is being famous across the world for supplying human resources in different forms. However, Nepalese human resource in international markets is not marked as high skilled, sounding professional and uncompromised quality.
There are many reasons for our weaker status in quality. We are not weak because we are born weak, it is a product of compounded pulling factors and one of the major causes for our quality limit is insufficiency of practical exposures at home and abroad.
There are numerous collages accredited by abroad universities that intend to produce skilled human resources. Such attempts include human resources in the area of hospitality, health service, information technology, mechanical and construction services. Annually, about 4000 graduates in hospitality management pass out. Very limited of these qualified resources are consumed in the domestic market.
Similar is the situation of health services that produce approximately 6000 skilled human resources. An Estimate for passing out in engineering, construction services, management and another sector is about 50,000. These receive fewer opportunities in domestic market to sustain a career in the field that they. have interest and qualifications. Therefore, there is no alternatives for qualified and skilled people, other than seeking international opportunities for professional exposure, gaining experience and enhancing professional career.
